Zoomlion ZLJ5551JQZ90V truck crane is a new generation of
high-performance product independently developed by our company in
order to meet the market demand and integrate many years of
experience and advanced technology. The performance parameters such
as lifting height, main boom length, working speed and lifting
capacity of the crane are all at the current international advanced
level.
This product is a full-slewing, telescopic boom type,
electro-hydraulic proportional control truck crane. The upper truck
is powered by an independent engine, and the chassis adopts the
company's self-made full-drive five-axle special chassis. It has a
wide field of vision and luxurious and comfortable decoration. 10
×6 drive, hydraulic power steering, light and flexible.
This product adopts the latest electro-hydraulic proportional
reversing valve with load feedback and triple pump system, which
makes the working ability of each actuator fully exerted. Double
rocker operation can realize the main and auxiliary lifting,
luffing, slewing, and telescoping. The combined action between the
mechanisms greatly improves the working efficiency of the crane. It
has the characteristics of light and flexible operation, stable and
reliable work, stepless speed regulation and so on. In the
hydraulic system, there are safety devices such as relief valve,
balance valve, hydraulic lock, brake valve, etc., to prevent the
overload of the oil circuit and avoid accidents caused by the
rupture of the oil pipe. The crane is equipped with a variety of
safety devices such as torque limiters and a complete lighting
system, which can ensure safe and reliable operation and facilitate
night operations.
