Zoomlion QY5OV truck crane is a new generation of high-performance
products independently developed with years of experience and
advanced technology. TThe performance parameters such as lifting
height, main boom length, working speed and lifting capacity of
this crane are all at the advanced level abroad. This product is a
full-slewing, telescopic boom type, manually controlled
five-section boom truck crane. The chassis adopts the company's
self-made V-series four-axle special chassis, which has a wide
field of vision, luxurious and comfortable decoration, emission
standards of China III, 8x4 drive, hydraulic power steering, light
and flexible.
The hydraulic system adopts the latest triple pump system to ensure
that the working ability of each actuator can be fully exerted.
Safety devices such as relief valve, balance valve, hydraulic lock,
brake valve are provided to prevent the hydraulic system from being
too high and to avoid Accidents caused by the rupture of dry oil
pipes occur, which improves the reliability and safety of the
system.
The product is equipped with a variety of safety devices such as
torque limiters and a complete lighting system, which can ensure
safe and reliable operation and facilitate night operations.
This Truck Crane was produced in 2009, drived more than 140000kms, and worked more than 12,000 hours, with a weight of 50T, no big
repairs, no malfunction, regular maintenance, excellent performance
at present.
