QY130V633 truck crane is a high-performance and high-reliability
crane designed and developed by our company in order to meet the
market demand, using many years of experience in designing and
manufacturing mobile cranes and combining with international
advanced technology. This product is a high-tech product with a
high concentration of electro-mechanical-hydraulic systems, and
incorporates part of the all-terrain crane technology. It will be
active in various fields of my country's economic construction with
its excellent handling performance, excellent fretting performance,
huge lifting capacity and extraordinary lifting height. This
product is suitable for lifting operations and installation
projects in chemical, mining, oil fields, ports, construction sites
and other places. This product is not suitable for areas with
strong electromagnetic waves.
This product is a full swing, telescopic boom type,
electro-hydraulic proportional control truck crane. It adopts the
company's self-made full-drive five-axle special vehicle chassis,
with wide field of vision, luxurious and comfortable decoration,
three-axle drive and three-axle steering.
The control system adopts the latest electro-hydraulic proportional
reversing valve with load feedback and multi-connected variable
pump, and the variable system combined with open type and closed
type makes the working ability of each actuator fully exerted. The
combined action of lifting, luffing, slewing, and telescopic
mechanisms greatly improves the working efficiency of the crane. It
has the characteristics of light and flexible operation, stable and
reliable work, stepless speed regulation and so on. In the
hydraulic system, there are safety devices such as relief valve,
balance valve, hydraulic lock, brake valve, etc., to prevent the
overload of the oil circuit and avoid accidents caused by the
rupture of the oil pipe.
This product is also equipped with a variety of safety devices such
as torque limiters and a complete lighting system, which can ensure
safe and reliable operation and facilitate night work.
This product was manufactured in November 2012, and has traveled
more than 9,000 kilometers. It has two jibs, two hooks, no major
repairs, no faults, and regular maintenance. The current
performance is excellent.
